Clinical software engineering, algorithm development.

About

Hi, I'm Jeremy! I am a clinical software engineer passionate about working at the evolving intersection of healthcare and technology. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and more recently completed my Master's studies at the Georgia Institute of Technology. I currently reside in Boston, MA - but my roots are in the Pioneer Valley. For other short chapters, I was also lucky enough to call San Jose, Orlando, and Baltimore home.

I am grateful to have had a rich background of experiences so far, learning new things along every step of the way. At the Aberdeen Proving Ground, I led a young team of software developers in a critical modernization effort of an outdated piece of military software. I'm fortunate enough today to be working on research that will improve blood pressure management in critically-ill patients in the intensive care unit. I consider myself to be a team player, an innovative thinker, and an enthuastic learner. Most of all, I enjoy passing on my knowledge to those around me - I spent several years as a martial arts instructor as well as a computer programming teacher for high school students.

My interests include running, travel, chess, and long drives. In my free time, I enjoy playing both piano and guitar. I spent a couple of semesters as a conservatory student at the Peabody Institute, at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. I am an avid Seattle Seahawks and Arsenal fan.

Thank you again for visiting, and please feel free to contact me with collaboration opportunities!
